In addition, our vendors are well equipped to help us respond quickly to service requests, so tenants can expect prompt and responsive service. Staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Big Box Acquistion

Centers Dynamic Partners is seeking to purchase empty big boxes within core markets at regional mall locations throughout the United States. We are seeking Macy’s, Sears, JC Penney, and other vacant anchor boxes. Our primary goal is the repositioning of these vacant big box buildings into entertainment and other essential retail destinations.
